I'm a artist who loves to make art dolls,I am a married mother of 4 great people and I have always been creative, I don't remember a day that I have not created something, whether it was drawing/sketching or sewing for my family. My creations are handmade from my own designs without the use of molds and I like to use found objects as well as vintage fabrics. My passion, at the moment, is air dry clay and fabric, the possibilities are endless! I would say I'm a bit eclectic and whimsical, since Halloween has always been my favorite holiday, most of my art tends to lean that way, but Christmas is a close second!!! I don't know why I waited so long to do this, but I do know that I don't want to waste any more time. Join me in my ''self discovery'' as I show you how I ''see'' things in my little world.
Blessings,Flora
You may not use my creations/designs in any form, that includes all of my written work, no exceptions, without my express permission. Please contact me on the above link for any questions regarding this.
How do you mold such intricate details with spun cotton? I see from your pictures that your armatures go far beyond the work I've seen by other artists, but am still at a loss for how you build volume with such precision! How do you wrap the cotton around the smaller features, like the fingers? How do you color your pieces?
Katie S Hello and WELCOME !!! I tried doing a tutorial late last year for friends but not many takers. Anywho I taught myself to work with the fiber filaments mostly, using my fingers to wrap them around, tiny brushes help and their edges for the creases, needless to say they dont stay new for long. Its a very tedious fiddly process. using a very light hand through out. Thank you for the visit and taking the time to comment . <3 Blessings, Flora
God doesn't give you the people you want, He gives you the people you NEED, to help you , to hurt you , to leave you, to love you and to make you into the person you were meant to be...

I'm astonished that you didn't have many takers! I would contribute to a go-fund-me tutorial of yours!
