I think they are my new favorite medium!!! I just love the rich colors, look at my dolls eye, and below.....
This is a before and after of his hands, all the details are distinct but soft. 
OH the possibilities are endless!

I have watercolor pencils but I have difficulty with them still. I keep trying though :)

Ahaha!!! Nothing scarey Doreen, he is Uncle Sam for our R-W-B on HARTS selling site! The watercolor pencils are like sketching for me...I LOVE to sketch/draw! Don't give up!

They DO look marvelous! I admit to loving them too, particularly the way they blend...but I've never tried them on dolls...what fun! What kind are you using?

I have tons of watercolor pencils but I think mine must be broke - cuz nuttin' I do comes out looking like this Flora-deeee-Dora!
